Canaan at 4 months!

Boy oh boy you are growing way to fast. At 4 months you are wearing 3-6 months clothes and we just moved you to size 3 diapers. On your 4 month birthday we feed you food for the first time you weren't very fond of it at first but over the month you liked it. You are still a awesome sleeper sleeping 8-10 hours a night. You are the happiest baby mommy has ever seen! You have already been to the beach twice in your short life and you absoletly love it! Here are a few pictures from 4 months. At your 4 month check up you weighed 16 lbs and were 24 inches long. You love to jump in your jumparoo and swing in your swing, but your ablsolute favorite thing is watching you big brother.

Fathers Day!

For fathers day this year instead of gettting Eli a gift I asked Luke a few questions about his daddy.....

2. How old is your daddy? 2
3. What is his favorite food? Orange Juice
4. What is his favorite color? Red
5. What color is his hair? gray (haha)
6. What color are his eyes? brown
7. My daddy likes to... Mow the yard
8. My daddy goes to work!
9. My favorite thing to do with my daddy- is go fishing~!
10. I love my daddy because he takes me outside and plays with my hard bat and ball!

These answers were priceless to me! Shows that Eli is exactly the daddy he needs to be to my sweet boys! I love this man  more and more everyday!

Lake trip with The Watson's

We enjoyed a weekend at the lake with our friends The Watson's on memorial day! Natalie and Luke are about 4 months apart and play so well together here are few pics from our day of fun in the sun!

Canaan at 3 months!

Boy oh Boy you are growing so fast sweet boy! I weighed you recently and you weighed 13.5 pounds! You are a such happy baby, always laughing and smiling. We are so thankful for  you sweet boy. You are taking 5 ounces of formula every 2-3 hours. Most of the time you sleep through the night going to bed around 8 or 8:30 everynight and waking up around 6 am smiling! You are starting to find things and recognize things. You are wearing 0-3 or 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers!  We are oh so blessed to call you our son!

A backyard cookout and softball game!

My favorite pass time with my family is playing a game of softball. Although we do have some excellent athletes in our family who take it serious most of us are just in it for fun! We celebrated Memorial day this year with a cookout and cake for Devin and Carlee as they both won the State Championship! Here are a few pics from our day! We had a blast!

Luke's 1st year of daycare! 2 year old Pre K!

We had a very exciting first year of daycare. We debated sending Luke until he was a little older but we took a leap of faith and went for it! And we are so glad we did. The first month or so was hard because he cried but he finally got adjusted and loved going everyday! He was blessed with an amazing teacher Ms MiMi and Ms Nicole. He loves them dearly and so do I. Here are few pics from his end of the year ceremony! First Methodist goes above and beyond to make sure these kids have a great time while also learning. Luke has come so far since August!

Canaan 2 months!

I cant believe my sweet boy is 2  months! You are growing so fast. We had your 8 week check up last week with Dr Watson you weighed 11 pounds and you were 22 inches long. You just started to laugh and coo! In the afternoons when I get home from work you grin so big when you see me! You truly are the sweetest baby. You are taking 4 ounces of formula at a time and eat every 2-3 hours. At night you are sleeping from around 8:30-2:30 then you get up around 6 am. Although on your 2 month birthday you slept all night which Mommy and daddy are thankful for! Your favorite thing is to be outside! We usually sit outisde in the evenings on the back porch and watch Luke play. We are so blessed to be your parents!
